We use Google Forms to collect the information required to perform your background check.
By submitting information through Google Forms, you acknowledge that:
  • Your data is stored on Google’s secure servers
  • Google may process this data under its own Privacy Policy
  • We access this information solely to provide the DateCheck service
We do not use Google Forms for marketing or unrelated data collection.


5. Nature of the Information Provided
All findings are sourced from:
  • Public records
  • Open‑source intelligence (OSINT)
  • Commercially available databases
Because public records may be incomplete, outdated, or subject to administrative error, we cannot guarantee:
  • The accuracy of third‑party data
  • That all relevant information will be located
  • That public listings reflect final outcomes
Public court listings, in particular, are not evidence of guilt.

  • Once work has commenced, the service is considered non‑refundable.
  • If we are unable to complete the check for reasons outside your control, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide only. Delays may occur due to:

  • High‑volume periods
We do not guarantee specific delivery times.


9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.


10. Prohibited Use

You agree that all information, reports, and findings provided by DateCheck.au are to be used solely for their intended purpose: assisting individuals in making informed personal decisions relating to dating, relationships, or meeting new people.

You must not use, share, distribute, or repurpose any information we provide for any other purpose, including but not limited to:
